Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer specializing in Pharmacy Healthcare, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge software solutions tailored to the unique needs of pharmacies in the healthcare industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable software applications that facilitate efficient pharmacy operations and promote patient safety. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions for pharmacy management, prescription processing, and medication dispensing. 

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. 

• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies. 

• Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the demands of high-volume pharmacy environments. 

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and accuracy of software applications. 

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy healthcare software. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on building scalable applications in a professional setting. 

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. 

• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). 

• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts. 

• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
